Sliver and Bite has recipes & motivation for you!

Whether you received some indirect encouragement, looked in the mirror and didn’t know the person looking back at you or you have been thinking about focusing on yourself for a while now, let Sliver and Bite offer some assistance.
It’s not about jumping in and ultimately demotivating yourself because you bit off more than you can chew. It’s small steps to begin with and before you know it you want to make better choices.
At the time of this post I am 3 weeks into my fitness journey and I have already learnt so much! As I create, film and research clean / health conscious meals and snacks it’s amazing what foods impact others. I had a penny drop moment and have included a table with information about each ingredient and the benefits.
Snacks are certainly one of the areas of interest for many people so I will definitely be focusing on tasty yet nutritious snacks that will keep you full. Currently Sliver and Bite is featuring banana bread and chai yogurt with berries and honey. I look forward to creating protein balls, brownies and chai chocolate mousse. Mini spinach and feta balls, slices and crackers and I had a GREAT idea for people on the go rice paper wrapped stir fry. Currently I have the basics such as poached chicken, roast chicken and a healthy low sodium beef ragu.
I am happy to report I have lost 5kg in the short time I have been focusing on better eating and walking each day and I guess a breakup has its moments where you pull yourself out of a funk because you have a goal.
Head to the fit & healthy menu to check out the recipes and Sliver and Bite TV on YT to view the videos currently available.
Happy you are coming on this journey with me.
See you soon!
