Prawn, lettuce, vermicelli noodles
I roughly chopped the above ingredients and mixed well, this is a super easy and super fast to assemble on the rice paper.

Beef, Thai basil, lime zest, lettuce, vermicelli noodles
Thinly sliced beef with leaves of Thai basil, a few strokes of lime zest a few frills of lettuce and some soft vermicelli noodles.
Beef, mint, avocado, lettuce, vermicelli noodles lemon grass
Thinly sliced beef and avocado, fresh lemongrass a few frills of lettuce and some soft vermicelli noodles.
Char Siu, coriander, pickled onion or shallot lettuce, vermicelli noodles
Thinly sliced char siu, shaved shallot a few frills of lettuce and some soft vermicelli noodles.
Miso seared salmon, lettuce, vermicelli noodles
Salmon that has been pan seared in miso, sprinkled with sugar and torched to caramelised placed on the soaked rice paper then topped with few frills of lettuce and some soft vermicelli noodles.
