1 cup 230g sugar
2 tbsp 35g lemon juice
X 2 eggs
1.5 cups 140g plain flour
1/2 cup 125g 120ml Buttermilk
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp 4g lemon zest
1 tbsp vanilla bean extract
½ tsp salt
GLAZE INGREDIENTS
310g 2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp 10g milk
36g lemon
Garnish with some shaved lemon zest

845g in at 175°c for 50min
