METHOD
OG Caesar Salad
1. Chop your lettuce into ribbons or rough squares place in a deep bowl.
2. Shave Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce.
3. Drizzle your homemade Caesar salad dressing over the lettuce and cheese then toss either with flipping with the flick of your wrist or with tongs.
4. Plate up and dot some croutons over the top

1. Chop your lettuce into ribbons or rough squares place in a deep bowl.
2. Shave Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce.
3. Dice the pan seared chicken and bacon then add to bowl
4. Finely slice the anchovies to your desired size and toss into the bowl.
6. Add the desired amount of Caesar salad dressing and toss.
7. Shave some Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce and toss.
7. Plate up and dot some croutons over the top
