About the Recipe

Ranch dressing is a creamy, tangy condiment made from a base of buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise, often flavored with garlic, onion, and a variety of herbs such as dill, parsley, and chives.

Ingredients

1 tbsp 6g fresh parsley

1 tbsp 6g fresh coriander

1 tbsp 6g fresh dill

1 tbsp 6g fresh chives

1 garlic clove ½ cup

120g sour cream

½ cup 150g buttermilk

2 tbsp 28g mayonnaise

2 tsp 10g fresh lime juice

½ tsp 4g fine salt

1/2 tsp 2g ground black pepper

Method

1. Chop the garlic and herbs (quite fine)

2. Pour in the liquids

3. Stir it all together

NOTE: You may need a whisk to ensure you break up the sour cream.

If you leave it in the fridge overnight the dressing ingredients will permeate through the liquids and be even tastier.

Hi, my name is

Chris

Chris here from Sliver and Bite, I have been creating desserts for 4 years and recently started creating real time cooking tutorials on social media. I have always prided myself on creating authentic food with real ingredients. When learning to cook I found a gap in the market for real time cooking tutorials. I slow the process down so the viewer is able to cook along.
